The usage of our site is bound by a set of terms and conditions that the jobseekers must agree and adhere to. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. This is a legally binding agreement. One of the primary objectives of these Terms and Conditions is to discourage and prevent misuse and fraud.


  • You'll honour your payment obligations and you are okay with us storing your basic payment information (This includes your name, address, payment mode, date of order, IP address, etc.). Also, there may be fees and taxes that are added to our prices.
  • If you purchase any of our paid Services (“Premium Services”), you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes.
  • Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).
  • We do not store your billing information (e.g. credit card details or any banking passwords)
  • There may be applicable taxes attached to your purchase and you agree to bear the same.

Job Guarantee

The services provided by are best effort and best in class but the end user needs to understand that there is a large skilled population out there and a comparatively lesser number of qualified jobs open in the market and hence guaranteeing a job is not possible. 
  • wants jobseekers to be extremely vigilant regarding any false promise by anyone pretending to be us and in the event of any such observation you should notify us immediately. Our resume writers will contact you for matters related to your resume only. If anyone seeks non-work related information such as Credit Card numbers or Bank information over phone or email do not respond to such requests. Refund Policy & Money Back Guarantee

  • guarantees the end user's complete satisfaction and money back if the end user is not satisfied with the first draft of their resume. To avail this, the end user must initiate a refund request through a written email within 48 hours of receiving the first draft of the resume. Post this, an investigation will be carried out to ascertain the validity of the request. Only if the request is found to be genuine, will initiate the refund process in the next 7 working days. If there is a delay in sending an intimation by the end-user, the refund shall not be processed as per policy. A refund request will not be processed if a) you do not provide a written email with your concerns within 48 hours of your resume delivery, b) you decide to change your initial requirements for resume development, c) you are a repeat customer
  • In case of cancellation of the services, only the amount for services NOT delivered will be refunded. The services that have been delivered will be charged in full and any voucher discount that was applicable while placing the order will not apply on the services that have been delivered. Amount shown on the website or communicated over email (at the time of placing the order) will be considered as final and binding, while calculating the refund amount.
  • GetSetResumes does not offer any job guarantee with any of our services.
  • GetSetResumes does not assure clients of an ATS Score as it is not quantifiable and there is no standard authority confirming how ATS scores are calculated.

Your Rights & Content Ownership

Your information is stored in CRM software (which may or may not be on third party platforms) for tracking progress and sending you promotional offers from time to time. By submitting any of our webforms, you agree to receive promotional calls and messages on the number shared, and such calls and messages may come from a third-party platform.

Dos. You agree that you will:

Job Search Assistance / On-Demand Recruiter Service

  • Adherence to Provided Information: We work with the information you provide through our form to tailor our services to your specific needs. Please ensure your information is accurate and up to date.
  • Realistic Expectations: Avoid setting unrealistic expectations regarding the speed of job finding. While we assist you in the process, we cannot guarantee immediate interviews or instant results.
  • Market Conditions: The frequency and number of applications we submit on your behalf may vary based on current job market conditions and availability of suitable opportunities.
  • Client Preferences and Filters: Job search results may yield fewer opportunities based on specific client preferences and applied filters. Broader criteria may expand potential opportunities.
  • Quality Over Quantity: Our focus is on finding quality job opportunities that match your skills and preferences rather than prioritizing quantity.
  • Trial Sheet: Before formally starting the job search process we will provide you with a trial sheet consisting sample jobs for your review. Upon receiving your feedback on the jobs listed in the trial sheet, we will commence the service. The service tenure will start from the day we receive your feedback. If we do not receive your feedback on the sheet within 7 days from our email, we will proceed with the initiation of the service by default and the service tenure will also commence from the 8 th day. The trial sheet will be provided only once.
  • Networking Efforts: While we do not have direct contact with consultancies, we can explore networking opportunities directly or through LinkedIn to increase your chances of finding potential job openings. We do not guarantee any results in this process.
  • Application Relevancy: Job applications may not fully match your profile, but we apply based on relevancy, even if you lack certain qualifications. This approach can increase your visibility and open doors to new opportunities, especially with employers who are willing to compromise on certain qualification parameters.
  • Resume Editing: Resume editing, Resume updation, LinkedIn profile editing, or LinkedIn profile updation are not included in the scope of this service. If you require multiple versions of your resume to be used for this process, you can provide us with those versions or purchase an appropriate Resume or LinkedIn package from our website or get in touch with the sales team. This clause will apply even if you are an existing client. For existing clients, this process will begin only after the resume has been finalised by the client.
  • Job Searching as a Process: Job searching requires patience as it is not a one-day process. Consistent effort over time increases your chances of success.
  • Beware of False Promises: Get Set Resumes does not post job offers or send emails requesting personal information in exchange for jobs. Be cautious of any false promises and notify us immediately if you encounter any suspicious activity.
  • Respect for User Privacy: Our resume writers will contact you solely regarding your resume. If anyone asks for non-work-related information such as credit card numbers or bank details, do not respond. Report such incidents to our support numbers immediately or send an email to
  • Purpose of ODR Service: The On-Demand Recruiter service is designed to save you time and effort by applying for jobs on your behalf. Your ODR consultant will work with you to understand your goals and preferences and apply for relevant positions. The end-result or success is not in our hands.
  • Success Guarantee: While our service aims to improve your job search efficiency, we cannot guarantee interview calls or job offers. This is a best-effort service and should not be mistaken for a job placement or interview call guarantee.
  • Client Testimonials: Customers who have used this service have experienced success in the past. We appreciate the positive feedback and strive to maintain our high standards.
  • Cancellation Policy: The ODR service once initiated cannot be cancelled for the month in which it is initiated. In case you wish to cancel for the remaining period, only the amount for services not yet delivered will be refunded. Services already delivered will be charged in full, and any discounts applied at the time of purchase will not apply to delivered services.

Denial of Service

  • Get Set Resumes reserves the full right and authority to decide who it wishes to work with and who it wishes to not work with. As such if we, as a company, feel that you are not professional in your dealing or are a threat to our organization as a customer or if for any other reason we do not wish to engage with you, we can and will refuse the provisioning of our services to you. If you have already paid us, the amount shall be credited back to your account should we decide to not work with you any further.

Use of this Agreement

Here are some important details about how to read the Agreement.
  • If a court with authority over this Agreement finds any part of it not enforceable, you and us agree that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, you and us agree to ask the court to remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of this Agreement. To the extent allowed by law, the English version of this Agreement is binding and other translations are for convenience only. This Agreement (including additional terms that may be provided by us when you engage with a feature of the Services) is the only agreement between us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements for the Services.
  • If we don't act to enforce a breach of this Agreement, that does not mean that has waived its right to enforce this Agreement. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement (or your membership or use of Services) to anyone without our consent.
